Practicing headstand assists in class today. Mine is still a couple centimeters off, as you can see. Will have to p/foint my feet and activate my legs more. No wonder I have trouble holding it long!

I love farmers markets! My mom took me to one and we get a whole box of produce for just over $11. The box included: Lots and lots of perfectly ripe bananas, 2 packages of green grapes, 1 package of apples, 1 package of artichokes, 1 lemon, a basil plant, a bag of carrots and some garlic.

How to squat properly^
You guys can’t imagine the pain I feel when I see people squatting with horrible form at my gym..

Good. I was doing it right yesterday then. All I know is to keep that ass out like you getting ready to twerk or something.

Keep your core tight and push through your heels.  It hurts me when people perform ANY exercise with bad form, such a high risk for injury
